What grades does WCHC serve?

Wimberley Christian Homeschool Community serves students in grades 5 through 12. We offer separate middle school and high school instruction across all core subjects, taught through a Biblical worldview in a small group environment.

What days are campus days?

Students attend campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Optional Friday electives and an optional Wednesday math open study with tutoring are also available.

What subjects are in the core curriculum?

Core subjects at Wimberley Christian Homeschool Community include Science, Language Arts, History and Geography, Apologetics, and Career Exploration. All subjects are taught through a Biblical worldview with separate rooms for middle school and high school students.

How can I schedule a visit or interview?

We would love to have you visit our campus! Fill out our Family Interest Form and someone from our team will reach out to arrange a campus visit and answer any questions you have.

Do parents need to stay on campus?

Drop-off is welcome on class days as long as another parent has agreed to monitor your child. Parents are encouraged to be present for optional Wednesday open study. We also have a quiet work area and fellowship space available for parents who choose to stay.

Is WCHC a specific denomination?

No — WCHC is a non-denominational, orthodox Christian community. We welcome families from a variety of church backgrounds who share a commitment to the essentials of the Christian faith.

Are parents required to participate?

Yes — WCHC is a parent-supported community. We ask every family to commit to at least one volunteer role throughout the year. We work with each family to find a role that fits their strengths and schedule. Your involvement is what makes this community thrive.
